🕒 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times

• Austria: 2–4 business days

• Germany & neighboring countries: 3–5 business days

• Other EU countries: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors (weather, customs, etc.).

• Austria: FREE

• European Union countries: €9.90

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

📦 Carriers

We ship with DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution) and provide tracking for all shipments.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or force majeure circumstances.

🔁 Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

• We currently do not ship outside of the EU.
